World Cup. Day 2, Match No.4

Albicelestes 1 - 0 Super Eagles

This was great end to end football, such a shame that it was mostly Nigeria's end! They were constantly hustled off the ball and their players were nearly always never in the right place at the right time. Gabriel Heinze scored the only goal from a corner, and with yellow seemingly the colour of choice for keepers this WC, Nigeria's did everything in his power to keep them in the game and was my Man of the Match.

At times Argentina were too intricate and took great pleasure in sitting back and keeping the ball. Had it not been for poor delivery and poor decision making, then Nigeria should and definately could have equalised. They gave a decent account of themselves but got a bit over excited at times. Argentina did whatever they needed to do and looked a constant threat. Maradona thought he was still a player and made every effort to kick the ball whenever it came within a sniff of his technical area. In a nutshell, thats about it!
HTFC Prediction League Prediction 4-0 (Right result, wrong score)
